Business Navigator is a licensed product from the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, which is designed to assist in 'Steering your business in the right direction'.

A business sometimes needs help and assistance other than completion of year-end accounts and taxation schedules and an accountant licensed in the Navigator product is able to give that extra help in running a successful business in today's challenging market place.
The aim of any business is to develop and grow and this development brings with it extra rules and regulations that you may need assistance with.

How the Product Works

The advisor undertakes a brief overall review of all business areas, not limited only to financial matters but also covering marketing, productivity, health and safety and any other aspects of the business. These reviews are tailored to business sectors and are designed to identify where significant improvements can be made to your business.
Once the improvement areas have been identified the advisors then works along side you the owner to identify practical solutions and to implement the changes.
What Improvements Will I See?

After implementation of the program the possible areas of improvement are:

Improved profitability
Higher rates of returns to owners

Reduced compliance and business risk
