Working Capital Funding - this is often the most neglected but the most important stage of a business's finances. We can offer cash and credit management advice together with advice on factoring, invoice discounting and stock purchase financing. We also have contacts in the local banking community. Management Reports

At HSA we believe that the key to any business success is timely advice. To this end we can provide a management accounting service on a monthly or quarterly basis to enable you to evaluate any changes made in the business or to highlight areas for improvement.

Cash Flows & Projections

These will be required by any provider of finance. At HSA we provide a cash flow forecasts together with projected Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets. These give you the level of funding required for the business on an ongoing basis and can also be compared with actual results on a monthly basis.
